This is the first electrolyte that I have found that has pink Himalayan salt . I use Himalayan salt for most everything else so when I saw this I wanted to give it a try. The texture is very fine and dissolves quickly. It has a mild flavor and neither the sweetness or saltiness are over powering.
I usually work out intensely every day and this product keeps me hydrated with less fatigue. Highly recommended.

The first thing that stood out to me about these electrolytes is the fact that you can mix them in water with a spoon or literally just throw a scoop in your Tumbler and swirl it around and it dissolves perfectly. The taste I personally think is better than anything I’ve tried thus far espically LMNT. It’s not overly salty or overly sweet or overly chemically I am relatively new to regularly using. electrolyte powders, but this is my daily go to!
